We create virtual avatars, detail the elements using a variety of textures, draperies and accessories. Accurately visualize the fabric, fit, and silhouette of your models as quickly as you can imagine them.
Fabric modeling, virtual clothing creation, avatar editing — we do all this in two programs “Marvelous Designer” and “CLO3d".
We create realistic 3D models to refine our ideas even before they go into production.
Creating and editing an avatar
An avatar is a mannequin that will then wear virtual clothes. In our pipeline, we do not use template mannequins, as we sew clothes on ready-made avatars made by our studio. Conveniently, you can upload a 3D character made in another program, such as Maya.

The avatar editor allows you to sew and try on clothes for a figure of any complexion, to make a quick autograding, without wasting time on reshaping products. It is possible to add your own measurements to the avatar, which allows you to sew better clothes with an accurate fit to the figure.
We work with patterns
In CLO, we build patterns directly on the avatar. This allows you to make a perfect fit. This feature is great for creating clothes for non-standard avatars that are difficult to measure.
We work with textures and prints
The seamless map generator allows you to create textures and prints of any complexity, ready to work. You can also import textures from other sources. The programs have a large set of configurable parameters. Thanks to them, you can set any properties of the fabric and bring it as close to realism as possible.:

Working with details
High detail, working with small details. The ability to add customization of accessories of any complexity within the program. If you set the weight of the part, it can pull on the fabric. For example, metal buttons or lacing.
Simulation { fitting on a character }
Realistic fabric simulation. When animated, it behaves identically to the real prototype, obeying all the rules of gravity. The simulation allows you to check how well the clothes were created. The pattern, the folds, whether there is any excess material. You can check how it sits when the virtual model is moving. At the same time, you can remove all gravity settings and go beyond the real, which is the advantage of digital clothing - there are no boundaries for creativity.
We cut all the details of the pattern

A laser plotter will cut all the details of the pattern and use the beam to scorch/seal the joints, which no scissors can do.
New cutting plotter with cutting width up to 60 cm. For cutting rolled materials on a substrate up to 3 m long. For end-to-end cutting of materials, a holder/ sticky mat 60x60 cm is included.
A plotter with 1303 embedded drawings, additional 152 Disney drawings and 17 fonts. The SDX2250D is equipped with Auto Blade technology and a new rotary automatic blade.

Cutting of application parts
